Mental Health Awareness Week

This week, to spotlight the important issue of mental health, we have organised for a very special visit by the virtual Life Bus. Despite Covid-19 restrictions, our children will still be able to join Harold the Giraffe and his friends for very important messages about how to keep themselves safe and how to look after their mental health.

A tried and tested way of improving and maintaining good mental health is by following the New Economics Foundation’s Five Ways to Wellbeing. This is what we do at Fringford through our 5 Keys to Happiness. This approach has also been adopted recently by the NHS as a mental health support tool.
